A mother and entrepreneur, Joana brings a unique combination of financial expertise and real estate experience to every transaction. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University, where she specialized in Strategic Negotiation. Her background in accounting allows her to provide clients with insightful financial guidance, strong analytical skills, and strategic negotiation throughout the buying and selling process.

 

Joana’s passion for real estate began at an early age by watching her parents renovate and flip homes in different parts of the world. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in real estate, investing, and helping others build wealth through property ownership.
